Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ROX AI (“we”, “us”, or the “App”), operated by Trempido SL (NIF B75830257), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ROX AI HYROX training app. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

  • Account data: if you create an account, your email and, with Sign in with Apple, the identifier Apple provides (auth via Supabase). ROX AI can be used anonymously.
  • Profile & training data: the answers you give during onboarding and in your profile — gender, age, whether you have a race booked and its date, division, goal time, races completed, your sport background, your self-reported strengths and weaknesses, the stations you want most help with, your recent running and wall ball benchmarks, how many days a week you can train and for how long, your equipment access, and (in Profile settings) your height and weight.
  • Injury information: whether you are currently carrying an injury and, if so, which areas of the body. The specific body areas you select never leave your device — they are stored locally and used only to adapt your own plan. Only a general training-load setting derived from your answer (conservative or standard) is shared with the providers listed below, so that your plan can be built at the right intensity.
  • Training activity: your generated plans and logged workout sessions.
  • Health data (see below).
  • Purchase data: subscription status via Apple and RevenueCat. We also attach a small set of training attributes to your subscriber record (such as experience level, weeks until your race, division, goal time, training days per week and equipment access) so we can understand which kinds of athletes the App serves well. We never receive your full card details.
  • Analytics & product usage: events describing which screens you view and which actions you take in the App, together with the profile and training attributes above (see Analytics & Product Improvement below).

Health & Fitness Data (Apple Health / HealthKit)

With your permission, the App reads workouts, heart rate, HRV, active energy and VO2 Max to personalize training, and can write completed workouts and active energy back to Apple Health. A summary of recent workouts and HRV may be sent as context when generating your plan. Revoke access anytime in iOS Settings. We never sell Apple Health data, never use it for advertising, and never send it to our analytics provider.

AI-Generated Training Plans

To create and adapt your plans we send relevant context (your athlete profile and goals, your sport background, any injuries you have told us about so that sessions can be adapted around them, and where available a summary of recent workouts and HRV) to Anthropic's Claude AI models, routed through a secure backend (Supabase Edge Functions). We do not send your name, email or contact details to the AI provider. Anthropic processes this data as our service provider.

Analytics & Product Improvement

We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to understand how the App is used — which screens people reach, where they stop, and which features they use. These events carry a random device identifier rather than your name or email, along with the profile and training attributes listed above. Your injury answers are not included — we record only that you reached the injury question and whether you answered it, never what you answered. We also run A/B tests, which means different users may see different versions of a screen or flow so that we can measure which works better; you are assigned to a version at random. We do not use analytics data for advertising, we never sell it, and Apple Health data is never included. You can ask us to delete your analytics data at any time by emailing ramontremosa7@gmail.com.

How We Use Your Information

To create and personalize your plans, track progress, sync across devices, send the reminders you enable, manage your subscription, and secure and improve the App.

Storage & Service Providers

Much of your data is stored locally on your device; if you sign in, your account, plans and history are stored with Supabase to sync and be restored. We share limited data only with the providers that make the App work: Apple (accounts, payments, Apple Health), Supabase (account and plan storage, and the secure backend that reaches the AI), Anthropic (generating and adapting your plans), RevenueCat (managing your subscription) and PostHog (product analytics, hosted in the EU). We never sell your personal information and never share it with advertisers.

Notifications

If enabled, the App schedules local notifications on your device (workout, rest-day, weekly check-in and race-day alerts). Turn them off anytime in the App or iOS Settings.

Retention, Deletion & Your Rights

Reset local data anytime in Profile settings, or email ramontremosa7@gmail.com to request deletion. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data. Apple Health data on your device is controlled by you via the Health app.

Children, Security & Changes

ROX AI is intended for users 17+ and is not directed to children under 16. We use industry-standard security; no method is completely secure. We may update this policy and will revise the date above.
